What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Included amenities differ by service — for example, during sunset cruises we offer select refreshments and snacks, while business charters provide meeting amenities and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advised to schedule your booking 2–3 weeks ahead, particularly for high season (May–September). For business gatherings and special celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks earlier ensures more options and time for personalization.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain determine the weather unsafe, we'll suggest another date or refund the payment in full. We closely monitor meteorological conditions and will notify you if there are issues a day before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. We also have excellent dining services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glassware is prohibited on board.
Do your yachts cater to passengers with reduced mobility?
We try our best to accommodate all guests. Some of our boats are more equipped for accessibility than others. Discuss your specific requirements when booking, so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary preparations.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancelling 72 hours before the trip offers a complete refund. A cancellation made between 24–72 hours results in a half refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical issues on our side.
