1. Introduction
Welcome to Ocean's Echelon Yacht Club ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at riverbanknote.sbs (the "Service") managed by Ocean's Echelon Yacht Club.
By reserving a charter or using our Service, you accept to adhere to these Terms. Should you not agree with any part of these conditions, then you are not authorized to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
Ocean's Echelon Yacht Club offers an array of yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Yacht hire for the day
- Evening boat tours
- Business getaways
- Exclusive celebrations
- Extended sailing trips
All offerings are subject to availability and climatic conditions. We retain the right to alter or stop services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To secure a yacht, you must:
- Be no younger than 18 years
- Supply valid and comprehensive details
- Make payment for the requested deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed upon the receipt of your payment and our issuance of a written confirmation. Service can be denied to anyone at our own discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters are offered subject to boat availability and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to meet your requested dates and timing.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All fees are quoted in £ and encompass relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are liable to change with no prior announcement.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the overall cost of the charter due upon reservation
- Final payment: Required 48 hours prior to departure
- Extra costs (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes
4.3 Payment Methods
Available payment options include major debit/credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our payment processing utilizes secure, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With more than 72 hours' notice prior to departure: A full refund less transaction costs
- Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% of the payment will be refunded
- With less than 24 hours' notice prior to departure: No refund will be given
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In situations where weather is deemed hazardous by our captain, options include:
- Rebooking your trip to an alternative date at no additional cost
- A full refund when rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Failures
If your designated yacht experiences mechanical issues, we will strive to supply an adequate replacement. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be awarded.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Protocols
All guests are expected to:
- Obey all directions given by the crew
- Use safety gear when required
- Inform of any medical conditions that may impinge on their safety
- Stay within the designated sections of the yacht
6.2 Banned Items
Several items are not allowed on board, specifically:
- Glass containers
- Illegal items
- Guns or other weapons
- An excessive amount of non-alcoholic drinks beyond sensible amounts
- Animals (unless given prior authorization)
6.3 Behavior
All participants are to behave respectfully. Any charter can be prematurely concluded without refund if a passenger's conduct is dangerous or disrupts others' experiences.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Responsibility
Our liability is confined to the fee you've paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:
- Personal harm due to guest carelessness
- The loss or defacement of personal belongings
- Indirect or punitive damages, or consequential losses
- Delays generated by the weather or events beyond our command
7.2 Coverage
We carry comprehensive insurance for our vessels and operations. It's up to the passengers to acquire their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Risk Acknowledgment
By choosing our charter service, you recognize that maritime activities bear inherent dangers and accept accountability for your own protection and health.
8. Adjustments to Itinerary
Alterations to the planned route, schedule, or activities may occur due to weather conditions, safety, or operational needs. Similar experiences will be sought as alternatives.
9. Force Majeure
We are excused from any postponements, cancellations, or modifications owing to forces beyond our control, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Natural calamities
- Regulatory mandates
- Harbor closures
- Vessel malfunctions
10. Confidentiality and Data Security
Your private data is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Your utilization of our services constitutes your consent to our data collection and usage as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Proprietary Rights
All components on our website, such as text, images, brands, and logos, are covered by copyright and trademark regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works is forbidden without our expressed permission.
12. Governing Jurisdiction
The application of these Terms is subject to the laws enforced in United Kingdom. Resolutions to any disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of courts in Southampton, United Kingdom.

We have the authority to modify these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted on our website and bear an updated date of changes. Regular engagement with our service represents acceptance of the new Terms.
